JEE Main 2014 Important Notice And Instructions

Around 10-12 Lakhs students are going to face the JEE Main entrance examination this year for 2014 session. JEE Main updated important notice regarding examination instruction for those candidates who are going to appear in the entrance examination of JEE.
According to the official website we have some instruction for candidate while appearing in the examination hall.
JEE Main is to be conducted with pen and paper mode on 6th of April 2014 this year. While computer mode will be conducted on 9,11,12, and 19th of April 2014. There will be different sets of question paper in the written examination as well as in computer mode examination.
Executive Director (JAB) of JEE Main has announced some important and helpful instruction for students regarding question paper and difficulty level of this year.  JEE Main will cover almost all the syllabus from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. There will be total 90 question with equal question from all the three subject and all the question will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Type consisting of 4 marks each i.e total marks will be 360. Each set will be consisting of different question having same level or set of question i.e easy, medium and difficult questions. Sets will be according to the previous year question paper as per practice of the board in the year 2012 and 2013.

Important Notice Regarding JEE MAIN 2014 Examination :

  • Candidate have to bring their supportive documents on the day of the entrance examination of JEE Main 2014 and submit the documents to the invigilator at he examination centre. Documents to be  according to the given applicable criteria to candidates. Students also have to bring a copy of JEE Main Admit Card with them.
  • Candidates, who qualified class 12th / qualifying Examination in 2012 or 2013, and have not opted for improvement of performance in 2014 have to bring copy of final mark sheet or marks statement of 12th / qualifying examination of year 2012 or 2013.
  • Candidates, who qualified class 12th / qualifying Examination in 2012 or 2013, and have opted for improvement of performance in 2014 in all subjects have to bring copy of their admit card/hall ticket for improvement of performance in Class 12th / qualifying Examination 2014.
  • Candidates, who are appearing in class 12th / qualifying examination in 2014 have to bring copy of their Admit card/Hall ticket for class 12th/Qualifying Examination 2014.

Note : Students have to write Roll No. of JEE (Main) 2014, on the top right corner of the copy of the document provided and submit to the invigilator at the Centre in support of class 12th/qualifying examination.
